Shuts down a lot; hard to figure out how to lock down android because so many loopholes (for example if kids use group chat in messages app they can send pictures and it won’t track conversation).

Not happy with this app I installed it on my sons iPhone and I can’t track his location anywhere and I can’t read any of his texts so what good is having this App and paying for premium if you can’t use the features. Disappointing

This app is easily defeated by numerous apps that make this app useless, your kids will see the app on there phone and google how to defeat it and will, this app should have features so it can’t be seen or defeat so easily. Waste money trust me. I’m not bashing this app I’m just telling my experience with 2 teenage kids

As a “child” I obviously hate this app. I admit I’m a bit biased. With that said, the functionality of it it extremely bad. It restricts several harmless sites like YouTube and Google. Whenever I open an app that was hidden earlier it acts like I just got the app. And on the pc version the app doesn’t have an uninstaller for when I don’t need the app anymore. Do anything you can to remove this app from your phone/ computer, it’s just too faulty.

    1. The kids know they can re-logon to the computer and it will give them another 15 mins warning. Over and over again. It needs to know that it already has given them the warning. 2. You cannot do temporary overrides from the mobile app. Sometimes the kids need the ability to do homework or earned more time. You must go to their computer to override the time or change the rules permanently from the mobile app. For instance I may be on the road and they need access for 15 mins. It kinda of works but it's more frustrating for everyone.

It was good until my son figured out how to disable the vpn and device management on his phone to bypass my restrictions. Not sure if there’s a way to restrict access to doing this.

All the parents reading this I’m going to give an informative review so hear me out. It’s great for blocking obscene websites and I’m happy there is an app for that but there are a few problems. First the VPN. Without it you can’t use your phone. ANNOYING. Second reports are misleading. It normally says I am using Facebook but I DON’T HAVE FACEBOOK. It’s very misleading
  • Don’t use, it is extremely frustrating for kids and parents

Wanted to like it. Setup and features are great. But after day three I started receiving an error message every time I tried to open the app. Nothing would fix it. Totally bummed.
