    I really enjoy the meditations, the only things is sometimes they move too fast through them, such as for reviewing the day. The guidance will say to review the day and I’ll start to and then it jumps to the next thing, and the next, giving little time for true contemplation. Other than that, really enjoy this app and use it often.

    This app is great! I really needed this and I like the stickers they reward you it really keeps me motivated! I also like filling out the chart so you get the mindfulness you actually need. I just have one question do you have any calming ocean sounds?
