    I’ve only just started Headspace and it does work. I have been feeling more calm and happy. I used to get mad at little thing such as traffic, something falling, or simply having to move/get out of bed, but ever since I’ve started using the app, my life has drastically changed (in a good way). So if you feel like you have your thoughts are too much or just crazy, get a little more Headspace and download the app. Thank you Headspace!

    I struggle with anxiety and hen it got out of control, I was desperate for some relief from the constant worry I felt. Then, my anxiety became a trigger for my 9 year old too. After reading several articles, I decided to try headspace. And then I found out it included an entire children’s section. And while it’s not a substitute for professional help, the tools really have helped our entire family. I never though I would be the meditating type but now I look forward to this time to myself. And my 9 year old won’t go to bed without his nightly meditation too. AND the adult bed time stories are the best. I’ve never slept better. If you are considering this as a tool to help improve your mental health, get it now! We’ve never been happier or healthier in our family.

    I love this app I personal think it’s amazing! At 7:30 pm I get my phone out and start listening to each session and while I’m laying in my bed i feel so relived from all the stress and anxiety I’ve had through out the day! Thanks headspace for making me feel relaxed! Love this app it’s good for sleeping to! 💕💕

    Focus on helping the body to let go Suggested to avoid doing anything to affect a tension in the body but rather allow the body to relieve itself This works The reminder is great I really appreciate this app Thank you

    This is a great app and it’s helping me become more aware and present in the moment. Try it. You will not be sorry you did. It’s worth every penny. Works best if done every day at your own pace. No pressure at all.
