For a language with lots of difficulties up front I am not sure it will get as far as with one more accessible, but it does its job. The difficulties would be there no matter what, and I like the self-paced aspect. —- I am now further along than when I first reviewed. For what it does, it works well, but to make enough progress to satisfy me I have supplemented the course with more explicit grammar materials and writing. I am not trying to master the language, just get a basic reading ability, but even that is tough, just because Hebrew isn’t at all like other languages I am familiar with. This is totally self-study, not a Hebrew speaker in sight.

I loved this app though it stopped after unit 4. I thought there were more units? The speech technology is very good. At times it went a little fast for me but I repeated the lessons and got what I wanted.

Just downloaded and it crashes after a minute each restart.
  • The Tagalog isn’t right

I was taking the Tagalog lesson and it isn’t right. It says lalakai and it’s showing a boy. If you don’t know what lalakai means In Tagalog it basically means girl and when it says babae it showed a girl but babae means boy. I’m not fully Filipino but I know some Tagalog words and when I first saw this I was kinda mad but I do hope you fix this cause if someone is trying to learn Tagalog and they mix up boy and girl it would confuse many people
