  • Direct mode breaks windows interaction

    By ABMann
The switch to direct mode ion the most recent version breaks interaction with Windows applications. Where before, we could scroll Outlook calendar or a selected Outlook message, now it selects the time segment or the text, respectively. Now the only way to scroll is to tap and drag scroll bars. It also removes the ability to right click by tap and hold. Direct touch regresses too much for folks using this to access Windows workstations to be an improvement.

  • Worth every penny

Just think of all those times MS RDP or VNC apps didn't work or took too long to connect. And now think of never having to deal with that again.
  • My go to app

    By Bad Ace!!!
I am a IT consultant and this is my most valuable tool. Smooth, reliable, and efficient. Worth every penny.
  • Everything is good but...

    By SailFlorve123
Everything is good. But still trouble a little. Because of the retina resolution, streaming media is lag, and I do not have such a high bandwidth to support this. Microsoft RDP will compress image to ensure the fluency of videos. I think you should add this feature.
  • This is what the iPad was made for!

    By Easymovet
Love that you guys make the mouse work so well and have solid controls for resolution. When you have 4K extended monitor support via USB-C that will be mind blowing, but don’t sacrifice stability. Thank YOU for this app!
  • Finally an RDP app that supports Mac and Windows!!

    By Voiptelecom007
I bought this app 5plus years ago and it only supported Windows. It’s by far is the fastest app to connect to remotely even better/faster than Microsoft’s built in client. Now I for something to connect my Mac remotely and I ended up circling back to this app. The RDP sessions with Mac is really some and has hardly any lag time. Another thing I noticed was the ability to switch between multiple desktops on my Mac which was awesome because even the Apple Remote Desktop can’t change multiple desktops so I am super excited about that function being incorporated into this app. The developer really didn’t an awesome job by add the Mac to the equation and that feature alone. This is definitely my All-in-One app for remote access to all the Windows and Mac systems.
  • Hooray for remote keyboard shortcuts!

    By SF.SWM
I took a chance on this because the official MS Remote Desktop client doesn't support keyboard shortcuts (at least not with my Gen 1 iPad Pro 9.7" smart keyboard) on the remote PC. To copy, I'd have to tap an on-screen "control" key, then the "C" key on the physical keyboard. Drove me nuts, and made it harder to get work done on my iPad. Jump Desktop to the rescue! Looking forward to trying out VNC support for my Mac and considering buying one of the supported mice, but seriously just being able to fully use a keyboard on the remote machine again was worth the price. Thanks!
  • This one ‘just works’

    By Shidoshie
I’ve downloaded several ‘wish they were’ VNC viewers before and even so much as paying $$ for them. I hesitated because of the cost of this app. I finally took the risk of downloading and I’m kicking myself for not doing it sooner. I would have saved $$$ in doing so. Not only does it support VNC but RDP protocols as well. I don’t have to ‘register’ with the company to use any VNC features, where all the other so called ‘VNC viewer’ companies do. It even supports Ultra VNC server! The mouse integration just works... Wish I would have done this so much sooner. Regards (Kicking myself)
