  • Target weight shouldn’t be the only goal

    I wish there was an option for building muscle. I don’t weigh a lot but I definitely have fat I’d like replaced with muscle. My point is while setting up the app I noticed it’s main concern is weight; although, if I lost fat and gained muscle I would gain weight, but I’m not underweight by any means, nor do I care if my weight is maintained. So for goal oriented people (like me) this may be a set up for failure. That being said, asking for weight is definitely something that helps & I understand why it’s needed, but I think broadening the goals would help cater to people, and reinforce the fact that weight loss doesn’t always mean healthy, just as weight gain doesn’t mean unhealthy. I have to use the app for an exercise course I’m taking at school so just thought I’d give some constructive feedback. [hmm I think I’ll choose “gain weight” as my goal??]

    I would like to add food in exact quantities. As it is I have to add more than I ate or less than I ate. I also fond that if I eat the calories this app tells me to eat, I gain weight. So in not eating the amount it says, it won’t record as official anything in my diary.

  • Apps to pair with fitness pal

    You guys have a wide variety of apps to pair with my fitness pal, but if I could suggest adding some apps like WoofTrax and similar apps. Keeping track of runs and walks with your dog while also supporting your local animal shelters.
  • Not accurately syncing to Fitbit

    Some days it will accurately record my steps and calories burned but most days it says I have burned like 10 calories after walking/running 5 miles. It used to sync perfectly every time but the past few weeks have been wonky. I track all meals and for the most part that function serves my purpose. I would give 5 stars of it was syncing properly.
