    I love this app and I’ve recommended to others who love it too. Been using it for a couple years and it helped me get through a rough time with a morning meditation when it was hard to get out of bed because I dreaded going to work. There are tons of free meditations. The bells are awesome and have helped me with sleep in the past and to set my mood at work. They’ve started to shift towards member-only (if you pay the subscription) which is fine. I’m considering getting the subscription. They were free for so long and provided this amazing resource so I’m happy to know they’re getting compensation for all the labor and positive impact they’ve made on my life and so many others.

    I use it daily. The timer is superior to a regular timer with the lovely chimes for beginning and ending, interval tones for reminding during a meditation. But the library of guided meditations is so rich that this free app is probably the most generous thing out there. There is also a modest social component which I don't use much but it is nice to see all the others engaged in meditation simultaneously, around the world. To boot, I’m a therapist who uses mindfulness in my work and wind up recommending this app to every client, both for the timer and for some of the specific guided meditations which I’ll recommend to support their therapy work at home. Highly highly recommend it.

    I have used this app for years. I like the simple timer. I don’t need all the fancy stuff. I got locked out of my account and I got no response from support whatsoever. I have lost my milestones and i am starting over with a new account. Beginners mind. :-)

    I’ve been meditation pretty consistently since November 2018 and have noticed a lot of improvement in my awareness! I have been meditating on and off for over a year. I started off with guided meditation and now I mainly use the timer! I hope to continue to expand my awareness and continue to transform myself.

    I liked the ability to just quickly find a meditation based on how much time I had and what was most popular. Now i have to sort through 200 “benefits” (ie: anxiety, sleep) to move on to the time and other filters. In addition, you can no longee jusr buy one course for 4.99. Now you have to sign up for a year for $60 in order to listen to one class. Please switch it back to the old way for searching and bring back the option to buy just one class! Thanks

    I love the variety of meditations and teachers. I’m also so happy to see that courses are now free for premium subscribers. I’ve used Thus app for a long time and it has consistently found ways to improve while also keeping access free to those who don’t want or need the premium features. Thank you for a truly helpful, well intentioned app!
