I tried to watch Mississippi State vs. Arkansas baseball tonight and the picture freezes every few seconds. Vudu streaming is fine so it is not an issue with my wifi connection. The ESPN app has had problems for years and they need a fix as soon as possible.

Can’t find a majority of the women’s sports on this stupid app. Can find all the men’s sports though and add them as favorites but not the women. Stupid if you ask me.

If you’re a UFC fan you know they switched from Fox to ESPN+. That being said the last UFC event was a nightmare trying to order online. We scrambled trying to stream it on our tv from our devices and luckily my brother had his account so we watched the event with his phone to my Apple TV. Problem is I signed up for the 7 day trial and also ordered the event. I immediately cancelled and called their support several times and no answer so I left an email. 1week later they tell me “according to their records”I streamed it from my account which was false so I cancelled my subscription. Crap service!!!!!!!!!

I go to open notifications of video clips that sound interesting and it NEVER brings me there. It’ll bring me to some three week old article and I just get frustrated trying to navigate this app trying to find the video it told me about. Watching games is hit or miss. 50% chance you’ll get through more than 10 minutes without the app crashing, playing nonstop ads, or the video cutting out. Not my internet. All other sports streaming apps work fine. Fix it. Plus, as much as I love getting to the second news I’m most cases, IT WILL TELL ME THE FINAL SCORE OF A GAME IM WATCHING ON LIVE TV TWO MINUTES BEFORE ITS OVER. LIVE TV. LIVE. I’ve had countless heart-throbbing experiences ruined by prematurely learning the outcome of the game before the broadcast is even finished. A bit of begging and choosing to say that the scores updates are TOO fast but it’s something that other people have had to have noticed. However, if you are ONLY going to use it to check scores/get updates it’ll be fine.

Chromecasting no longer works. It did work during football season but now that I have some free time to watch 30 for 30, etc. it doesn't. Tested other apps that support Chromecasting and they're all working fine.
  • Whee is the home page gone? Suddenly there’s no access to the home page after updating the app.

The app was always a challenge unless you had all the bars for access. Now the home page has been blank for the last few days. What gives?

No dark mode. Video doesn't load. "User must reauthenticate". No solutions. No https connection. Just lousy. Facebook comments are spam. Ads longer than highlighting
  • Too many ads

By far the place on my daily internet travels that expects me to spend the most time watching dumb ads. Especially during videos. It seems impossible to watch an ESPN video without watching a 30 second commercial for each 15 second clip of original video content. Sorry but I’m not going to do that. There’s plenty of other internet out there with fewer ads, shorter ads or no ads at all. ESPN has great content, but it’s not so much better than the rest of the internet that I watch all those ads just for short video clips. Just deleted the app!
  • Good app with annoyances

It opens slowly most the time, and when you click a notification to open the app, good luck. However once you get into the app, it’s functional and works well. My personal biggest issue is wishing you could turn off notifications for ESPN+ articles. I’d rather not get excited by an article title to hear I have to pay to read it, and as a broke college kid sports fan, it gets annoying being teased into “buy ESPN+ to see”
