And today it sent 6 notifications. So I came here and gave it 1 star. It had two jobs, give me scores when I need them and don’t give me notifications. It’s currently 50%, which is an F.

I don’t understand how you expect people to pay monthly service when the app is terrible. Never works first try and breaks down. Streaming onto TV same problems

It’s running slow especially with the scrolling! It keeps going and stopping for a second all the time I scroll!

This app is very slow, glitchy for ESPN+ and is impossible to work with. This is the first app review I’ve ever written and I’m taking the time to do it now because it is so frustrating. They’ve tried to combine everything into one app and have done a terrible job. This is classic post 2010 ESPN.

So when I open up the app, there is a 1/5 chance of when I close it, my entire phone slows down and freezes to the point that I can’t even type a sentence. This app is extremely helpful for staying up to date, but it’s aggravating when it appears it can’t run in the background without me having to force close it

Honestly it continues to not work. Every time it’s some reason I can’t use the app on ps4. I also pay for Espn plus and it doesn’t work. Right now it’s stuck on loading screen, yesterday it was asking to punch in a code and no joy. What a joke!!!! Might as Well delete it
  • This is the Duke app, not ESPN app

Every time I use the app I’m bombarded with Duke scores, highlights, analysis, etc. When a Duke player takes a piss ESPN sees fit to tell me about it, even though Duke basketball is NOT selected as a favorite team. Doesn’t ESPN have something better to do than be the mouthpiece for one team over hundreds of others? So much for sports journalism. No journalistic integrity at ESPN whatsoever.

I purchased a monthly subscription to watch games on my phone. They took my money but didn’t grant me any access to live games. If you want to watch live sports this app won’t work. Try something else.
