  • Enjoying this App

Very simple to use. Helps me stay on track. Especially nice for reminding myself to drink water. I have been using this app for a week now. I have been using it mostly to track my net carbs since I am a newly diagnosed diabetic. With eating less refined carbs, drinking water and intermittent fasting, I’m down 5 lbs this week! This App is a huge benefit to reaching my health goal. I go back to see my endocrinologist in Jan and I am hoping my A1C will be down!

I’ve been using this app for 2 months so far and have already lost 15 pounds. It has become part of my lifestyle. The only thing that I wish would be improved would be for there to be more exercises for me to look up and log. I have been adding the approximate amount of calories burned for each exercise that I do, but it would help a lot if more exercises were added to the database. A thing that I find odd is that things like “cleaning the house” and “playing drums” are exercises in the database while things like battle rope and vertical pull-ups aren’t. Love the app but this is my only advice.
  • Too many pop-ups

There’s too many in app purchase pop-ups. Many of the recipes are blocked without a paid subscription.
  • Missing so many foods

This app could be great but there are two things that really frustrate me. First thing is that if you make a lot of your own food you cannot create your own recipe. Second is that so many things are missing nutrition information.

The emojis make no sense, I ate a 90 calorie snack and it give me a deadpan face. Huh? It’s 90 calories how is that bad?!
  • Useless Nutrient Info

I was sorely disappointed in this app. Aesthetically it is beautiful. However, scanning a barcode could not even bring up correct information. Isn’t that the main purpose of the app? To track calories and what not? Wish I could get the money back that I paid for premium.

This is the app that helps you find your way into weight loss, or gain, while keeping track of nutrients and calories. I am recommending this app to everyone! I suggest you subscribe so that you can list choose your particular diet plan. Mine is Keto. This app literally walks you through each day. Thank you.
