  • Doesn’t accommodate well to home gyms

    I am mostly writing this review because I feel like this is something that can be easily fixed and I hope someone in charge of this app sees the review. My one critique of this app is that it doesn’t accommodate well to apartment low maintenance gyms. I wish I could say what I have to work with in my case I have a cable machine but no smith machine. They have alternates as an option but I often think I’d rather do a cable squat than just a free standing squat. Other than that this is a decent app.

    I’ve been using a lnother app for at home training that I thought got and kept me in shape. Boy was I wrong. My heart and breathing rate haven’t been this high since running for miles on a treadmill.

    I like the app but I have to say it confuses me every time I use a custom work out. When I choose a custom workout that I want and switch it from gym to home workout, it automatically switches to upper body workouts which Is not what I have configured. So in this case I end up doing some other work out and only realize in the middle of the workout that I’m doing the wrong workout.
