  • Worthless App!

    By Swamikaur
I've had this app for 4 days and it's never worked right. It was a total waste of time and money. I was really looking forward to watching the programs, but it's too frustrating to deal with. I've cancelled my subscription and I'm going back to Acorn TV!
  • Good content. Horrible UIX

    By Alvarofrb
I’ve been using Britbox for a few months on my AppleTV. I’m satisfied with the content. The user interface could be a lot better. But my number one complaint would be the way it handles subtitles. There’s like a whole other version of the program with subtitles. So when you resume watching a program, it defaults to the non subtitled version. Then you need to hunt for the subtitled one. Plus the subtitles are minuscule and there’s no way to fix that.
  • Absolutely crap service

    By Hcjeidnefiwndkjslshsjxyshc
I just downloaded Britbox via Amazon, it stops playing every ten minutes! Useless. I stream Hulu Netflix have all sorts of streaming but this is just crap streaming. What’s the point? Every ten minutes it stops. Will not be paying for this crappy service. Am so disappointed as a Brit in US for 20 years, was looking forward to enjoying it. Don’t waste your 7 bucks a month on this.
  • Hopeless..

We have had a BritBox subscription for well over a year..consistently struggle to watch any of the content although there are good programmers available. It's always buffering, it crashes constantly and doesn't keep track of what you have ever watched if you do manage to watch through the whirring buffering wheel. Worst app ever..
  • Canceled

    Canceled and still being charged.
  • Don’t bother

Usual selection of drab archive shows, with very few significant shows. Fine if you like soaps I guess - they seem to be update daily. Mobile apps are poorly maintained - they haven’t been updated to support iPhone X and later screens, and they appear to be webview wrappers.
  • Love it

I got it through my amazon Prime. No problems at all, I have Acorn and Brit Box both through Prime. Maybe that’s makes a difference. Y’all may want to check that out. I enjoy Prime more than Netflix.
  • Great content but you can’t find it

    By DimSumThinking
In the iOS and Apple TV versions I couldn’t find a place to view all of the shows like there is in the web app. The navigation is not well designed. This app is very hard to use
  • Useless

Everytime I tried to watch a program it simply stopped. I had ti restart three times and finally gave up. This is on the first day of trial period. FORGET IT!
  • The only thing I watch!!

    By izzyinusa
I watch on my phone and Roku. No glitches.. my UK shows are uploaded and ready to watch and virtually the same time they are shown back home. I wouldn’t be without this now. The variety of shows is perfect. I can’t wait to see what’s added next. Great app and worth every penny for homesick expats
