Very happy. If they had nfl red zone it would be 5 stars!

I’m pleasantly surprised how easy YouTube TV is on batteries. Streaming video, using the built-in speakers for sound, for extended periods of time takes very little battery life. Performs well, navigates quickly and the layout is fairly intuitive.

I signed up hoping I could listen to it in the background while doing other stuff on my phone / working but it’s not letting me do that so I intent on cancelling my subscription next few days :(

  • Great way to cut cable and gain mobility

Love YoutubeTV! Yet, connectivity issues sometimes, not all of the time, plague delivery. Also, there is up to a minute delay in live transmission compared to live cable. despite that the product is a superior value over cable and other such systems.
  • Best streaming player.Need more features

YTTV is the best asking current streaming players. Like unlimited DVR. Still needs lot of improvements and more feature. Better TV guide. Better picture quality. Swipe left/right and external controls to change channels Shortcuts support.
  • WHAT A BLESSING

40$ a month, non contract, inclusive DVR, and all the channels I had on direct tv (that I cared about). - Saving $1,000 a year using this over direct, and after a month of using YouTube tv I have no complaints. I love the interface and I would recommend anyone and everyone to use YouTube tv! Just make sure if you inquire about streaming that you make sure your internet speed, data per month, and equipment are up for the job- when I switched over I had to bump up to get unlimited home internet, but even after that added cost, I am still saving $1,000 a year! Bless up
  • Great Concept-App Needs Work

Pretty much everything I want for live TV is covered. Quality is excellent too. Unlimited DVR, yes!! For the app, I’d like to see a comprehensive guide that’s easy to get to and scroll. Not just telling me what is on now but for at least the next 12 hours or so. Fast forward and rewind are a bit slow too. All in all great value. Improve the app for iPhone and I’d give 5 stars.
  • Bad Browser Limitation On PC/Mac and Defects

Why are you not updating the AppleTV app version as you are the iOS version? AppleTV app is riddled with defects and it’s still on version 1.20 and two months off of current release! On the Apple TV version of the app, if you’re watching the same channel for hourly programs, once the new program episode starts, swiping Up on the remote to show the controls, the title of the show is the one it was when you flipped to the channel, the title doesn’t update to the currently playing one. To make matters worse, FF and RW on the program doesn’t let you go back to live because it tries to flip to live of the displayed show title, which is not the currently playing one. You’ve had ample time to fix this defect and also where the hourly guide one also doesn’t flip time blocks to current time at top of the hour. It continues to sit on the previous half hour and you have to flip between Home and Live to get it to update to current time. How do you not see these defects while using the app yourselves? 🙄 Why are you limiting which browser someone can use to watch YouTube TV on their Mac? I don’t want to install Chrome on it and Safari is more than capable of playing HTML5 content, which is what your website is coded for anyway. Don’t need Google invading my privacy by forcing me to use their Chrome browser. Either build an app for Mac for this or let us use Safari!!!
  • Background audio

We are paying for this TV service, so why not allow background audio so that we can listen while driving (phone locked and screen off or with GPS running in the foreground), or while using other apps in the foreground (like YouTube Premium does)? Otherwise, I love the app and TV service.
