Hace el cumplimiento de los planes que nos manda el coach mucho más entretenido
  • Works great and keeps getting better

    By PakalanaInn
I’ve been on Zwift following an accident over two years ago and now find I enjoy cycling more than ever. Not only is it engaging but addictive. Getting the right equipment is a must. Watch for updates and it works great. The workouts and group rides or races keep getting better and better. I miss the fence but that too is like real life. What’s up your sleeve next Zwift - Olympic events? Thanks for what you’ve done to keep me cycling and stay in shape.
  • Thank you, Zwift!

    By JamesMarsh BDOC/PAX
Thank God for Zwift. Rainy days, winter snow, and Covid-19 would have destroyed my health and fitness, but you have kept me engaged and inspired. As an aside, I have a friend that has degrading eyesight and Zwift has gotten him back on his bike. Zwift: Well done, and bravo! V/R James BIKEDOC/PAXVELO
  • Very motivating

Love this app. Paired easily to my new Schwinn ic4 stationary bike. Stats are accurate. Love the variety of rides and the competitive experience with many riders at all levels.
  • Support is horrible

    By Star Cluster
When I contact support they are demeaning and don’t even try to help with clear bugs that are there. They say that’s just how things are, you should of know that even though there is no mention of anything related to my issue and then they say I’ve already explained it so I’m not going to say it again. Unsubscribing.
  • NOT COMPATIBLE with all power meters

    By Chrisz1212
Zwift is more trouble than it’s worth if you’re using a dual-sided power pedal meter. They say nothing about this on their main website, instead saying their app is compatible with all Bluetooth and ANT+ power meters. Dual sided power pedals report power for each pedal, so each pedal reports about half your total power output. If you use bluetooth (because you have an Apple iPad or iPhone, which aren’t ANT+ compatible), the Zwift App will read power off only one pedal, i.e., half your power. I don’t know why they can’t fix this problem. The app by the power pedal manufacturer has no problem reading my total power output when I connect with Bluetooth. After digging deep into Zwift’s support pages, this problem is mentioned and they have no recommended fix. They’ve known about this issue for a year and have done nothing. I finally found a potential fix on a forum unaffiliated with Zwift, saying I need to use ANT+ and have to disable one pedal by taking out the batteries. Presently, the only ANT+ dongle for iPhone/iPad is a 30-pin connector, so unless you have an iPhone4 or iPad2, forget about it. I then tried to use my PC computer (surfacePro) to run the Zwift App, but it won’t dowload. I have yet to get this to work, and can’t yet confirm whether the Zwift app will get a proper reading from my power meter if I use ANT+ and disable one pedal. I never would have purchased dual-sided power meter pedals had their website been upfront and reported this issue. I would have purchased a different power meter. That’s why I’m giving them 1 star. I can’t return these $900 pedals now. Instead of leading people to believe we can buy any power meter and have no problems, they really need to point out the issues that can arise if you buy dual sided and plan to use an iPhone or iPad.
  • I do want to give it five stars!

    By JordanDM
Let’s be clear up front: I love Zwift! Zwift is the first indoor training application which I find worthy of the time it takes to criticize. The work of Eric Min and the crew at Zwift in creating this online world for cycling is nothing short of brilliant. It keeps me engaged and coming back day after day. My setup, so you can compare it to your own is: - My Specialized S-Works (2015) Shiv - Tacx Neo SmartTrainer - IPad with Wahoo ANT+ adapter I love Zwift and do want to be able to give it a five stars plus. But it has its issues. First, the crazy user experience and inconsistencies. Was driving me so crazy that I sat down the other day and started sketching out a new user experience. Why do I have to go into a “ride” to check out my stats? Just an example. And then their is how things are split between the Zwift app itself and the companion app. Why aren’t achievements available in both the Zwift app and the companion app? But user experience aside there are bugs, issues that significantly degrade the experience. Every time I ride I have to set aside five minutes to be sure everything is correctly paired. Sometimes it is perfect, but other times I have to shut everything down and restart to be able to ride correctly. Then there are issues with achievements not being logged. You end up having to contact support to get them properly logged. And there are times where I am cycling along, pushing 250W as recorded by both the Zwift app and my Garmin and suddenly Zwift stops capturing the data. I roll to a stop and have to stop pedaling and then restart pedaling to get hints to register. And sometimes that doesn’t work and I have to drop out of that ride to get things to connect and start registering. And finally, my plea to Zwift and all developers: setup bug reporting forms separate from your customer support forms. I see bugs. I want to report them. I know how to write high quality bugs. Let me and others report them directly to your product teams.
  • Great fun, interface needs work

    By BG-SW Fan
Love it, helped keep me in shape and sane through winter and quarantine. App can be clunky - can’t change a ride without exiting and restarting, so shows 2 rides. Not easy to see courses ridden. But I will keep using it!
  • Great app when it works

    By Hommeofthebrave
Completely frustrating when it doesn’t which is often. I’ve tried everything I am technically capable of and cannot get consistent data. Since it’s the only decent option on the marketI’m stuck with it. C’mon guys get this to work better! We need it!
  • Love it, but two things would make it great

    By akvee
    1. Show the start and finish lines for the chosen route in the map during the ride. Seems like it should be easy to figure out, but because of lead ins you have to guess or google mid ride to figure out when the route ends to get a badge (Sometimes the lead ins are very long). Seems like a easy thing to show in app or in the companion app. Also show the name of the chosen route during your ride for when I inevitably have to google the route on zwift insider mid ride to try to figure it out. Fixing this would make it so much better. 2. In the section where you choose your route, it should show which ones you’ve already completed. It’s a pain to compare the actual badges to the list so I can figure out which ones I still need to complete. These seems like basic things, maybe I’ve missed them(?), for an app like this. Otherwise, I love the app. I’ve put in a lot of meters for an non-cycler.
