Loaded up the app, paid the $10 to watch a soccer match I couldn’t attend in person and can only get “Live Event Event is not yet currently available.” I am demanding a refund

It’s great when you want to watch a few games. But when you are done, it is impossible to cancel. They make it very difficult and you continue to pay. STAY AWAY!

This whole organization is absolutely horrible and relies on schools being tied in contracts with high school organizations. Can’t even watch old videos on the app? What a joke.

Good luck watching any games without the obnoxious buffering every 15 seconds. And that’s only after you pay 10 dollars for a free app👎🏻
  • Will take you$ but won’t let you in

I tried to sign up but keeps telling me my email is invalid (it’s not) and there is no way to sign in without it. Looks like a total scam...

Buffered more than I was able to watch. Subscribed. Gave up, cancelled and deleted app all within a half hour!

I am a high school basketball coach in CT. I purchased NFHS to watch the championship games. I had issues logging in and called and emailed support. I got no help. For a organization to represent high school sports and through our state agency it is not worth the time and money. Aldo it is easy to subscribe but not to unsubscribe.

Waste of time and $10.59... one star is showing only because I had to pick out of 5 stars... it honestly is 0

You are a ripoff and if you are associated with MaxPreps, who is absolutely the worst source for information regarding High School sports, then I can understand it. You make everything so confusing trying to find the event I am trying to tune into, but also once tuned in, the screen goes blank with a bunch of circular dots and by the time the game returns, I have missed at least 2 minutes of action, which happened today while watching a Massachusetts State Championship Basketball game.
