  • I adore it, but..

I love the books, category’s and all, but I realize that half of the photos are premium and only a few free ones on each category. I do also realize some people under-charge as in it seems like premium is never there. Overall I love it and the brushes and freedom to detail is amazing and isn’t like any other app. Would’ve given it 5 if there were more free pages

4 stars. 1st it’s way too expensive. But the community is so incredibly kind and has so many talented people that it’s easy to convince yourself the expense is worth it. As for the app itself, there are so many great things about Pigment. People create true art with this coloring/drawing system. Only a few things they haven’t done yet, and considering how much it costs, these simple things should be available/fixed: 1) when you “like” another’s work, it doesn’t save. I have tried everything, but every time I visit my favorite friends and artists galleries, I see that none of my hearts or “likes” are ever saved. Considering that’s how you get feedback, it’s a pretty big deal. It means that the artists don’t keep their feedback, and for new users they don’t have an accurate count of how the community feels. 2) a system that categorizes the pages and allows you to search through for a particular page 3) ** a way to see how other users have painted a page in the past. I’ve found that feature on several other platforms, including the worst apps ever. I can’t fathom why Pigment hasn’t made this available yet. There’s a petition with tons of votes in the pixite “suggest new features” section. I’m hoping they are taking this request seriously. Initial review: Now that I've downloaded Pigment, it's the only coloring app I use. The advanced coloring options are far and away the easiest and best of any other app. You can actually color freehand like a real coloring book. It has radial and linear gradients and all the fancy stuff too. I use it every day!

This might be one of the best coloring Apps but pigment/ pixie does not care about their subscribers, there is some very serious BULLYING go on in the gallery, we (the paying users of this App) have done everything possible to get Pigments attention on the cruelty, the cussing, the underage users who abuse this App, to no avail. I would not recommend this App to anyone until Pigment/ Pixie does something to enforce their own guild lines, rules terms and conditions. Pigment won’t be the best coloring App it’s going to be known as the most abusive App unfortunately. They pull posts of excellent well established artist yet can’t get involved when a Bully writes hateful comments sending the artist to the hospital! Priorities need to get straighten out. Users should come before money.
  • I can’t do anything I want to

i got the app because i wanted a good coloring app. but when i found a page to color there was only so many things i could do without buying the premium. it cost 7 ish dollars a month i think. just to color. there are about 10 or so brushes in all but if you don’t have premium you can only have about 2. the marker and pencil. which in my opinion are terrible to color with. they let you try out the brushes but you can’t color with them without paying. that is why i give this app one star. but there does seem to be a lot of pages to color on. that’s why it deserves at least one star.

An app that’s actually more expensive than Xbox live, game pass and PlayStation plus together? Yeah I’ll take my money elsewhere and just draw in a real book..
