    I love this app! At 1st i thought it was kinda silly to follow an app to workout but the way this is setup keeps me motivated. Plus shows you how to do the workouts and times you. I’ve been going to the gym for years and i'm targeting new muscles! 100% recommend to anyone new to work out or just bored with normal routine at gym.

    I love this app! I love Kelsey Wells’ PWR program. It delivers. She delivers. Yes, I'm doing the work, but f I didn't have this app I would be lost in the weight room! I cannot speak to any other program but if they deliver like PWR you’ll love it. Sweat couldn't make my workouts easier- I follow the plan because it fits in my schedule. The workouts are well planned and easy to follow. I like that you can click on the gif and you will be given a text explanation of how to perform the exercise. If you're not sure what to do tap the ”i” button for information. The community is supportive. This app really help me find fitness after a long break. Thank you @sweat!

The planner/scheduled for workouts, the meal plans and shopping lists, and the community make this subscription worth its weight in gold. I’m a huge fan and can’t stop sharing with my friends!
