    I like the app so far except the recipes and information is Australian based and I’m American so I have to search what a lot of the foods are like rocket leaves are arugula and some of foods aren’t at Kroger like lavash.

    App breaks down workouts into a weekly schedule and breaks recipes out into shopping lists. The shopping lists can be a little difficult at first because you may not know what you are looking for, but it’s a learning experience on finding and shopping for food that’s better for you. The recipes are actually very tasty and the workouts are easy to follow. Takes the guesswork out of a healthy routine!

    I love that I can just follow along and that I’m getting a very hard workout in without having to plan out what muscle groups I need to work out. The app does it all for you. I put my headset on, listen to pandora and start. The music stops when its time for your next exercise and at the end/beginning of each 7 minute interval. If you are a beginner, the tutorial can be very helpful. When I do my workout, I get everything that I need for the workout so that I can make the most of each of the 4 seven minute rounds. 5 stars!
