  • Incredible concept but still too buggy for daily use

  • Good, but not Great for me

    I was looking to get back into the habit of working out, and this app showed up on my feed. And it does work well, just not well enough for me to shell out the annual fee, but it did work well for me. I loved the varied exercises and workouts. I always felt like I got a good workout out of the app. However, the tracking of how many reps in each set irritated me. If I managed to accomplish 3 extra this round, the expectation from the system is that I’d accomplish a few more. I don’t know about it stepping up the intensity because well a lot of varied exercises, so I never got back around to the same pattern to see if/how the system updates the weights/reps. It wasn’t right for me, but I did recommend it to a friend who had different needs from an exercise app.

    1. I have a pretty comprehensive home gym. But I don’t have everything. It would be nice if we could configure it to not suggest workouts for machines that I don’t own but ask every now and then if I have acquired it. A great part of this app is workout discovery. And I might need to be reminded of what I could buy. 2. Make it so we can do more than 29 reps on some exercises. Sometimes I want to go until failure.

    Randomly, the timer will force itself off and it’s very frustrating during the workout. Even if you toggle it on, it switches back off. Love the app but need this fixed for 5 stars.

    As someone who’s never really been an active or fit person, I’ve never felt comfortable in a gym mainly because I had no idea what I was doing. This app changed everything. Having this as a resource not only for creating and tracking workouts, but also having instructions and demo videos has made getting started easy. It’s really like having a personal trainer for $50 a year.
  • Kinda cool app but....

    It’s missing so many different exercises that people do all the time. Not only that, I told the app i was doing tricep extensions and it told me i exceeded my max by like 300%! When was my max determined??? And these pre-determined workouts just aren’t very well thought out. There are so many better workout plans. App has major bugs and developers need to consult a different team of fitness experts to develop better workouts

    Get you all ready to workout and then gives you nothing. Just say upfront that it’s a monthly service. Just feel like I waisted my time and excitement for a workout regimen. On to the next. Hopefully someone developer will create at least a low level free app with pay for higher levels.
  • Great app

    I I am 70 years old and just had a stem cell transplant for multiple myeloma cancer. At one time 30 years ago I lifted weights very heavy, always at the gym, got away from it for some reason and never went back. Good chance cancer will return ,just the nature of the beast, I am using weights again to get in shape if I need it. I have searched all the apps on the App Store and believe me regardless of what age you are this app will take care of your needs. That is just fantastic no matter what age you are and what shape you were in.
  • Issues with configuring workouts

    For some reason, this app will let you add a set at the slightest tap of a button, but it is literally IMPOSSIBLE to delete it if it was a mistake. Fix the algorithm, too, because it seems like it wants to overwork muscle groups, rather than utilize them all efficiently. Overall, fix the editing and algorithm.
